Radiohead · 2003Radiohead recorded the track during the Hail to the Thief sessions in September 2002, with Thom Yorke cutting the basic track in Los Angeles and the band adding drums in London. Citizen Insane identifies Studio Ocean Way in Los Angeles as the session studio and quotes Colin Greenwood describing it as a light, playful side piece. It appeared as a B-side on Radiohead’s 2003 "There There" single, where it stood out as an unexpectedly funky offshoot from the Hail to the Thief sessions. The song also surfaced in Radiohead’s 2003 online Loophole material, which extended its presence beyond the single release. The track remained part of Radiohead’s wider Hail to the Thief-era archive and was later performed live by Thom Yorke’s Atom(s) for Peace project, giving it a second life outside the original single. Its title and lyric fragments also circulated in the album-era artwork and online materials, keeping it visible among fans.
