Seconds

Recorded between 2007 and 2011 during the Ritual Union sessions in Little Dragon's Gothenburg studio, with Yukimi Nagano, Erik Bodin, Fredrik Kallgren Wallin, and Hakan Wirenstrand writing and performing the track. The band produced the recording themselves. Released by Peacefrog Records in 2011 as part of Ritual Union and as a digital single, Seconds arrived as Little Dragon's international profile was rising after their Gorillaz collaborations. The album received positive critical attention and brought the group onto the UK Albums Chart and Billboard 200. Seconds gained later reach when Eminem sampled it on Normal from Kamikaze in 2018. The track remains a documented deep-cut source in Little Dragon's catalogue beyond the better-known Ritual Union singles.
