The track was recorded during the sessions for Little Dragon's third album, made in the band's studio in Gothenburg with Yukimi Nagano, Erik Bodin, Fredrik Wallin and Håkan Wirenstrand. The recording was produced by Little Dragon. Released as the title track and second single from Ritual Union, it marked Little Dragon's wider international breakthrough after their high-profile collaborations with Gorillaz. The single reached number 76 on the UK Singles Chart as the album drew broadly positive critical attention.
