Twice

Recorded in Gothenburg for Little Dragon's self-titled debut album, with Yukimi Nagano, Erik Bodin, Fredrik Kallgren Wallin, and Hakan Wirenstrand writing and performing the track. The band produced the recording themselves around Nagano's lead vocal, piano, and sparse electronic arrangement. Released by Peacefrog Records in 2007, Twice became one of the defining songs from Little Dragon's debut album. Its placement in television and film helped introduce the Swedish group to audiences beyond the European electronic and soul underground. Twice remains one of Little Dragon's signature early recordings and a regular reference point for the band's quieter, more minimal side. Later cover versions and sync placements kept the track visible as the group reached a wider international audience.
