Free Bass (Joey Negro extended mix)

Free Bass was written by Dave Lee and Julian Crampton for Joey Negro and The Sunburst Band's Moving With The Shakers sessions. The track features Crampton's bass work within a largely newly recorded album project led and produced by Dave Lee. The track formed part of Moving With The Shakers, the third Sunburst Band album and a late-2000s statement of live disco-rooted production on Z Records. Its short album version later became a fuller club cut through Joey Negro's Funk Equation mix. Free Bass continued to circulate through Joey Negro and Z Records compilations, including Produced With Love and later digital editions. Its 2015 and 2017 reappearances kept Julian Crampton's bass-led track in the Joey Negro catalogue.
