Cassius 1999 Remix

Built by Philippe Zdar and Hubert Blanc-Francard (Boom Bass) during the Paris sessions for Cassius's debut album 1999. Zdar handled the desk while Boom Bass worked the samples and synth ideas. This remix version became Cassius's breakthrough single and a club anthem. It helped establish the duo as leaders of the late-1990s French house wave and carried the album into the UK charts. It remains one of Cassius's signature records and a defining example of French touch production. The track's hook and club energy kept it central to DJ sets and retrospective coverage of the era.
