Scientist · 1982
Recording

It was recorded at Dynamic Studios and Channel One Studios in Kingston, Jamaica for the 1982 album Scientist V Crucial Bunny - Dub Duel. The release was produced by R. Forbes-Allen for Hawkeye Records, with Scientist credited for the Scientist-side mixing at Channel One and Bunny Graham among the recording engineers. The track appeared on a dub album that set Scientist in a head-to-head pairing with Crucial Bunny, highlighting the competitive studio culture of early-1980s Jamaican dub. Its placement on the Scientist side helped define the album as a showcase for his mixing style. It remains part of one of Scientist’s better-known dub releases and is still circulated through later reissues and archive listings. The track continues to document the sound of Kingston dub engineering at its peak.
