Recording

The track was recorded for the Binghi Riddim EP, with sessions at Studio Twilight-NL, Tuff Gong in Kingston, and Steven Stanley Studio in Kingston. Ryan Moore produced the EP, with Sly Dunbar on drums, Ryan Moore on bass, Chinna Smith on guitar, Bowie McLachlan on keys, Skully on kette drum, and Steven Stanley mixing the track at his Kingston studio. Released in 2006 on M Records, the track closed the four-track Binghi Riddim 10-inch alongside vocal cuts by Lutan Fyah, Brando, and Michael Rose. The EP was later cited by Woofah magazine as one of the 30 essential UK roots and dub releases. The track remains in circulation through the Twilight Circus digital catalogue and streaming editions of Binghi Riddim. It documents Steven Stanley’s Kingston mix work within Ryan Moore’s Twilight Circus and M Records production network.
