The track was recorded at Wackies House of Music for Creation Dub, issued under the Bullwackies All Stars and Creation catalogue. Lloyd “Bullwackie” Barnes produced and arranged the album through Bala Productions, with Douglas Levy and Barnes credited for engineering. Released in 1977, the track appeared on one of Wackies’ foundational New York dub albums. The album helped establish the sparse, heavy Bronx studio sound that made the label important to reggae collectors outside Jamaica. The track remains in circulation through Wackies and Basic Channel reissues of Creation Dub. It is part of a sought-after Bullwackies album that continues to define the label’s late-1970s dub identity.
