Jah Jah's Call

The track was recorded at Sounds Unlimited for Creation Dub, issued under the Bullwackies All Stars name. Lloyd “Bullwackie” Barnes produced and arranged the album through the Bala Productions and City Line Records operation. Released in 1977, the track appeared on one of the foundational Wackies dub albums from New York’s Bronx reggae scene. The album became a key early statement of the sparse, heavy Wackies studio sound outside Jamaica. The track remains in circulation through Wackies and Basic Channel reissues of Creation Dub. It is part of a sought-after Bullwackies album that became central to the label’s reputation among dub collectors.
