It reached the Billboard Hot 100 top twenty, hit number one on the U.S. dance chart, and reached the top ten in the United Kingdom. The long album version remains one of Wonder's most celebrated early-1980s groove records, noted for its extended arrangement and Dizzy Gillespie trumpet feature. Its club success and continued presence on Wonder compilations helped keep it visible beyond its original singles run.
