Don't Let It Go to Your Head

Recorded in 1979 by Black Harmony and issued on Laser, with Castro Brown as producer. The single was released with "Don't Let It Go to Your Brain" on the flip side. The record became a recognizable British reggae release and was noted in contemporary UK music press as a strong contender on the scene. It also helped define Black Harmony as a vocal group associated with the British reggae charts. The track later reached a much wider audience through Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and was sampled by The Junglites in 1994 and Busta Rhymes featuring Morray in 2023. Those later uses kept the song circulating well beyond its original 1979 release.
