All This Love That I'm Giving

Recorded in 1979 for the Melody of Life sessions, with Betty Wright producing the track and the song issued as an album cut and single from that record. It became one of Gwen McCrae’s best-known recordings and helped define her late-1970s Cat-era catalog. The song also later resurfaced in UK club culture, including an official 1988 charting reissue. The track remained durable through sampling and dance reworks, most notably Cassius’ 1999 hit “Feeling for You,” which drew on McCrae’s vocal. It has stayed in circulation through later covers, re-edits, and DJ-friendly reissues.
