Love Changes (Elusive Remix)

Love Changes was released as DJ Spen Presents Jasper Street Co. in 1998 on Basement Boys Records, with Wondress Hutchinson on lead vocals and Alton McClain Scarborough and Rea Lesane on backing vocals. The Elusive Remix was remixed by Boris Dlugosch, while the original production, mixing and arrangement were credited to DJ Spen and Josane D'Shadeauxman. The single was part of the late-1990s Basement Boys vocal-house catalogue and paired Baltimore gospel-house production with a European club remix from Boris Dlugosch. Its Elusive Club Remix became one of the best-known versions in the release package. Love Changes remained in circulation through digital reissues and specialist house platforms. The Elusive mixes kept the record active among DJs revisiting late-1990s vocal and garage-influenced house.
