Nobody Else (Steve Silk Hurley House Revival Pt 1 and 2)

CeCe Peniston recorded Nobody Else in 1998 for Steve Silk Hurley's Silk Entertainment label. The House Revival version was produced, arranged and remixed by Hurley, mixed at Hinge in Chicago, and credited to writers CeCe Peniston, Steve Hurley and James Pullin. The single returned Peniston to a house-led club setting after her early-1990s crossover hits. Silk's House Revival mix earned Hurley a 1999 Grammy nomination for non-classical remix work. Nobody Else remained a key late-1990s Peniston club record and later reappeared through Silk Entertainment catalogue editions. Its House Revival mix kept the song connected to Hurley's Chicago house production legacy.
