Feel Me Flow

Naughty by Nature — Treach, Vinnie, and DJ Kay Gee — recorded 'Feel Me Flow' for their fourth album Poverty's Paradise, with Kay Gee producing the track around a sample of the Blackbyrds' 'Rock Creek Park,' continuing the group's New Jersey-rooted hip-hop sound. Released in 1995 on Tommy Boy Records, 'Feel Me Flow' reached number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and helped Poverty's Paradise win the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, reinforcing Naughty by Nature's status as one of the most consistent hitmaking groups in mid-1990s hip-hop. The track remains a fan favourite among Naughty by Nature's catalogue and is regularly cited as a standout single from Poverty's Paradise, an album that solidified the group's reputation for blending radio-friendly hooks with substantive lyrical content during hip-hop's mid-1990s golden era.
