Grit

“Grit” was released in 2013 as Danny Byrd & Roni Size on Hospital Records, paired with “Love You Like This.” The track was written and produced by Daniel Byrd and Ryan Williams and later appeared in the “Golden Ticket” album period. The single brought Danny Byrd together with Roni Size, linking two generations of UK drum-and-bass producers within Hospital Records’ 2013 catalogue. It formed part of the run-up to Byrd’s “Golden Ticket” album. “Grit” remains documented through its Hospital Records single release and later digital listings. It is preserved as one of Danny Byrd’s key collaborations with Roni Size from the early-2010s Hospital era.
