Black Science Orchestra · 1999
Recording

Released as a Black Science Orchestra single featuring vocalist Alison David. The record was written by Ashley Beedle, Marc Woolford, and Alison David, and produced by Beedle/Woolford. It was a 1999 club single that extended Ashley Beedle’s Black Science Orchestra project into a vocal house record and reached the UK Official Independent Singles Chart. Contemporary coverage treated it as a strong disco-leaning house cut, and the song circulated in club and DJ compilations. The track remained in circulation through later reissues and digital availability, and it is still identified with Black Science Orchestra’s late-1990s fusion of disco, rare groove, and house. Its association with Alison David and the Farley & Heller remix kept it present in the deeper UK house canon.
