Recording

“Who Can Draw” was released in 1997 on Pascal’s UK 12-inch “Who Can Draw / Favours” for True Playaz. The record was recorded and mixed at Frontline Studios, written and produced by Pascal, and mastered by Neil Devine. The release formed part of True Playaz’s 1997 run of club 12-inch singles. “Who Can Draw” became one of Pascal’s main True Playaz-era solo cuts and drew on the recognizable structure of Dee Patten’s “Who’s The Bad Man.” “Who Can Draw” remains a documented Pascal catalogue track through its original True Playaz pressing and later digital listings. Its connection to Frontline Studios and True Playaz places it within the label network around Pascal, DJ Hype, Zinc and Ganja Kru.
