I'm a Dreamer

Livin' Joy recorded “Dreamer” with American singer Janice Robinson and the Visnadi brothers, Paolo and Gianni, who handled the production. Janice Robinson wrote and sang the original 1994 version before the song was reissued in the UK the following year. Released through Undiscovered in 1994, the track became Livin' Joy’s breakthrough and reached number 1 on the UK Singles Chart after its 1995 reissue. It was praised at the time for Robinson’s vocal performance and its crossover club appeal. “Dreamer” endured as a 1990s dance anthem and remained one of Livin' Joy’s best-known recordings. The song was later re-recorded for the band's 1996 album and revisited by Janice Robinson in later solo and collaborative versions.
