The Beta Band · 2001
Recording

The track was recorded for Hot Shots II with Steve Mason, Richard Greentree, Robin Jones and John Maclean. The album was co produced by the Beta Band and Colin C Swing Emmanuel and released through Regal in 2001. Released as the lead track and single from Hot Shots II in 2001, it marked the Beta Band return after their self titled 1999 album. The single reached number 42 on the UK Singles Chart and became one of the album most recognizable songs. It remains one of the Beta Band best known later singles and a key example of their sample based studio approach. The track is closely associated with its use of Daydream by the Gunter Kallmann Choir.
