Insane in the Membrane (feat. Horseman)

Prince Fatty cut the track for Supersize with Horseman on vocals, framing it as a reggae version of Cypress Hill’s "Insane in the Brain." He later said it was made for fun after a show supporting Madness and a sound-clash challenge. The track was one of the two standout hip-hop covers on Supersize and helped define the album’s crossover appeal. Prince Fatty described it as a crowd-pleasing live piece that grew out of the duo’s clash sets. It remained one of Prince Fatty’s best-known cover versions and stayed in circulation through later references, performances, and reissues of the Supersize material. Mr Bongo’s later write-up called it a festival favourite, showing its continuing recognition.
