It’s My Turn

Produced by Toronto-based DJ and producer Nathan Barato, the track was released on the New York City label Nite Grooves, a subsidiary of King Street Sounds. The track became one of Barato's most recognised productions, earning inclusion on Pirupa's Defected In The House: Miami 2013 compilation and widespread DJ support that helped establish Barato's international profile beyond his Toronto base and releases on labels like Hot Creations and Roots and Wings Music. Described by its own label as Barato's "iconic single," the track received multiple remix packages including a 2019 reworking by Piem and Andre Salmon on Street King, and featured on the 20 Years of Nite Grooves retrospective compilation in 2014.
