Grind

Grind was produced by Chaz Bundick under his Les Sins alias and released as the A-side of the Grind / Prelims single. The 12-inch was issued by Dan Snaith's Jiaolong label in the UK. The track continued Bundick's dance-focused Les Sins work after Fetch / Taken and appeared while Toro y Moi's Anything In Return was still current. Pitchfork highlighted Grind as a straightforward house cut with a warped vocal at its centre. Grind remains one of the main pre-album Les Sins singles before the 2014 album Michael. It also later served as source material for Rome Fortune's 2013 track of the same title.
