Byron Stingily · 1997
Recording

Byron Stingily recorded Sing A Song for his solo album The Purist, with the song written by Stingily, Ron Carroll, and Mustafa Guendogdu. Mousse T.'s Extended TV was produced, arranged, and mixed for Peppermint Jam Productions and tied the Chicago vocalist to the German Peppermint Jam production circle. Released in 1997 on Manifesto in the UK, the single reached number 38 on the UK Official Singles Chart and number four on the UK Official Dance Singles Chart. The Mousse T. mixes helped connect Stingily's post-Ten City solo catalogue with the late-1990s European vocal-house market. The track remains one of Stingily's key solo singles from The Purist era. Its Mousse T. versions stayed in circulation through Nervous and Peppermint Jam digital editions and later house compilations.
