Hideaway

Blaze produced De'Lacy's "Hideaway" in New York with vocals by Rainie Lassiter, and the original single was issued on Easy Street. The record later circulated in UK and European club-market editions, including deConstruction/BMG releases built around the Deep Dish remix. The track became De'Lacy's breakthrough hit, crossing from club circulation into the UK Top 10 and the Billboard dance charts. Its Deep Dish remix helped turn it into a major 1995 house anthem. "Hideaway" remained De'Lacy's signature record and a durable house classic, with later reissues and remix editions keeping it in circulation. It is still identified with Blaze's production and the era's New York garage-house sound.
