Released on 11 October 2018 as a Bad Bunny and Drake collaboration; Apple Music credits Bad Bunny on vocals and songwriting, with Tainy and La Paciencia on production and Josh Gudwin and Colin Leonard on mixing and mastering. The single was a major crossover moment for Bad Bunny, pairing him with Drake on a Spanish-language release issued by Rimas Entertainment and OVO Sound. It reached No. 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100, giving Bad Bunny his first lead-artist top 10 there. The track remains one of Bad Bunny’s signature international crossover hits and is still cited alongside his later Hot 100 breakthroughs. It is also remembered as an early example of Drake appearing on a Spanish-language hit.
