Reload

“Reload (feat. Chip) [Wilkinson Remix]” was released in 2013 on the remix EP for Wiley’s single “Reload.” The original track features Chip and additional vocals by Ms D, with production by Mike “Scribz” Riley, additional production by The Skeptiks, mixing by Wez Clarke and a remix by Wilkinson. The remix extended the “Reload” campaign into club-focused formats after the single’s UK release. The main single reached number 9 on the UK Official Singles Chart and became one of the charting tracks from Wiley’s “The Ascent” era. “Reload (feat. Chip) [Wilkinson Remix]” remains part of the official remix package around one of Wiley’s major 2013 singles. It also documents Wilkinson’s early-2010s move into high-profile UK pop and rap remix work.
