On Time

“On Time” was released in 1997 on DJ Die’s UK 12-inch “On Time / Drop Bear” for Full Cycle Records. The release credits Die for writing and production, with mastering credited to Stu. The single formed part of Full Cycle Records’ late-1990s Bristol catalogue during the period around Roni Size, Die, Krust and Suv’s wider label network. It circulated through specialist 12-inch and DJ play rather than a mainstream chart campaign. “On Time” remains documented through its original Full Cycle pressing and later digital catalogue listings. It is preserved as one of DJ Die’s solo releases from the label’s pre- and post-“New Forms” breakthrough period.
