Ghetto Blaster

“Ghetto Blaster” was released in 2006 as the title track of Cyantific’s debut album for Hospital Records. The album notes place the track among the material produced at The Barn in 2005, with mastering by Stuart Hawkes at Hospital. The track anchored Cyantific’s debut full-length release after several years of Hospital Records singles and collaborations. The album reached number 38 on the UK Official Dance Albums Chart. “Ghetto Blaster” remains the title track of Cyantific’s first album and a central document of the duo’s mid-2000s Hospital Records period. Its later 20th-anniversary remix kept the title active in the label’s catalogue.
