A Bit Patchy

“A Bit Patchy (A. Brucker & Sinden Remix)” was issued on the 2006 remix editions of Switch’s “A Bit Patchy.” The original track was produced by Dave Taylor as Switch, with Dave Taylor’s A. Brucker alias and Sinden credited for the remix. The remix formed part of the expanded “A Bit Patchy” campaign after the track’s original Dubsided club release. The single reached number 49 on the UK Official Physical Singles Chart and number 6 on the UK Dance Singles Chart. “A Bit Patchy (A. Brucker & Sinden Remix)” remains tied to the period when Switch and Sinden’s club productions crossed between house, breaks and bass-driven DJ sets. The wider single’s use of “Apache” kept it connected to one of dance music’s most recycled rhythmic foundations.
