Peter Bailey released Decoded as an Original Club Mix on Toolroom Records' Rhythm Distrikt 05 compilation in 2013. The track was written and produced by Peter Bailey and later appeared in Toolroom's Warehouse Detroit catalogue. Decoded placed Bailey in the fifth Rhythm Distrikt instalment, a Toolroom series built around new DJ-facing underground club tracks. The release connected his New York production work to Toolroom's international techno and tech-house catalogue. Decoded remained in circulation through Warehouse Detroit and later Toolroom digital listings. It stands as one of Peter Bailey's documented Toolroom-era productions from his early-2010s release run.
