Drama

Recorded for Bitter:Sweet's second album, Drama, the track was written and produced by the duo's Shana Halligan and Kiran Shahani. Halligan supplied the lead vocal while Shahani directed the electronic production and arrangements. The title track helped define Drama's polished blend of cinematic orchestration, electronic rhythm and intimate vocals. It represented the Los Angeles duo's more elaborate follow-up to The Mating Game. The song remains one of Bitter:Sweet's principal recordings and received an official music video. It continues to represent the duo's theatrical, soundtrack-oriented approach to electronic pop.
