Feels Good (a cappella)

“Feels Good” was released by Josh Butler featuring HanLei on 5 October 2018 through Defected. The record was produced by Josh Butler, with HanLei vocalists Hannah Khemoh and Aleysha Gordon credited as co-writers and featured performers. The single followed Josh Butler’s earlier Defected releases and gained early attention after being premiered in his BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. Defected promoted it around its uplifting synths, rave stabs and HanLei’s powerhouse vocal performance. “Feels Good” remains documented through Defected, Beatport, Traxsource, Bandcamp and Discogs listings. It stands as one of Butler’s late-2010s Defected singles and a notable house collaboration with HanLei, the vocal duo associated with Grace Jones’ live work.
