Recorded in New York as a Toney Lee and Eric Matthew production for Radar Records. The 12-inch release was mixed by Eric Matthew and Nick Chiusano. A strong club record from the early New York post-disco scene, it became Toney Lee’s breakout hit. It reached No. 8 on Billboard’s Dance chart and also charted in the UK. The track remained a dance-floor staple and later reached a wider audience through sampling, most notably in Phats & Small’s 1999 hit "Turn Around." Its extended mixes and vocal hook kept it in circulation among DJs and reissue compilers.
