To You

The track was recorded during I Am Kloot early Manchester sessions with John Bramwell, Peter Jobson and Andy Hargreaves. It was released before the band debut album Natural History, whose recordings were produced by Guy Garvey. Released as an early single in 1999, it helped introduce I Am Kloot within the Manchester independent scene before their debut album. The song established the band sparse, nocturnal songwriting style centered on Bramwell voice and guitar. It remains one of I Am Kloot key early songs and a defining recording from the period that led into Natural History. The track continues to represent the band intimate pre major label catalogue.
