Heads High

Recorded in Kingston, Jamaica, at Main Street Studio and built around a Danny Browne production. The release credits list Mr. Vegas alongside Haldane Browne, Clifford Smith, and D. Juvenile among the producers. Released in 1998 on Greensleeves Records, the song became Mr. Vegas’s breakthrough hit and one of the defining dancehall singles of its era. It reached No. 16 on the UK Official Singles Chart and spent eight weeks on the chart, while also crossing over onto U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop radio and sales charts.
