Girls Like Us (feat. Crissy D & Lady G)

B-15 Project recorded the single as a reworking of Crissy D and Lady G’s earlier song "Girls Like Us" from the Oracabessa One compilation, with the pair returning on vocals. Angus Campbell and Ian Wallman handled production on the original release. Released in 2000, it became one of the defining vocal UK garage singles of the period, reaching the UK top 10 and topping the UK Dance Singles Chart. Its success helped push the B-15 Project into the center of the early-2000s garage crossover. The track has remained a UK garage touchstone and continues to be cited among the genre’s essential records. Its lasting reputation is reflected in later retrospective lists that place it among the best garage tracks of its era.
