Rattlesnake (Magda's Blotter Traxion Remix)

"Rattlesnake" was produced by Psychemagik duo Daniel McLewin and Thomas Coveney for their debut release on Pets Recordings. Magda transformed the original into the 6:25 "Blotter Traxion Remix," increasing the tempo and reshaping its bass-heavy club arrangement. Released alongside the original and a Vyvyan remix in June 2019, Magda's version was one of the key alternate treatments on Psychemagik's first Pets Recordings single. The label described her remix as a futuristic funk reinterpretation of the original. The remix remained part of the Rattlesnake EP when Pets Recordings repressed the release on vinyl in 2021. It has continued to circulate independently on dance-music platforms and DJ-oriented catalogues.
