Bassey re-recorded Goldfinger at Abbey Road Studios for Hello Like Before, produced and conducted by Stuart Barr. The 2014 version recreated John Barry's original orchestration. Released fifty years after the original Bond theme, this recording allowed Bassey to correct two notes she had long disliked in her 1964 performance. The anniversary recording documents Bassey's interpretation of her signature Bond theme at age 77, preserving its orchestral arrangement in a new studio performance.
