Recording

Swedish producer Johan Cederberg created Oma Doris under his HNNY alias. It debuted in October 2014 on House of Jeudi, a compilation jointly presented by House of Disco Records and JEUDI Records. The track contributed exclusive material to the collaboration between the two labels. Claptone selected it to open the fourth episode of his Clapcast series in October 2014. Its inclusion on Future Disco Vol. 9: A Disco Love Affair in 2016 extended its reach through the established compilation series. It appeared on both the mixed and unmixed discs.
