Indigo Dust

Henge recorded Indigo Dust for their 2018 debut album Attention Earth!, with production credited to Jim Spencer and band members Matthew Whitaker, Roy Medhurst, Peter Turner and Samuel Draper. The song explores the exhilaration of artistic inspiration. Released as a single ahead of the album, it introduced a more tender aspect of Henge's theatrical presentation. The Meteor praised its elegant synthesizer lines and sharply defined drumming. The song continued into Matthew C. Whitaker's solo repertoire, including performances with multi-instrumentalist Shunya. Its original music video was directed by Antony Barkworth-Knight.
