I Dream of Bahia (Cachaça Edit)

"I Dream of Bahia (Cachaça Edit)" reworked Ray Lugo's 2009 recording "I Dream of Bahia," originally issued under Ray Lugo's L.E.S. Express with vocalist Elani. The edit was prepared for the 2012 Bahia Love EP and Lugo's solo album We Walk Around Like This. The track introduced the Bahia Love EP and became one of the most prominent selections from Lugo's first solo album. Contemporary reviews highlighted its dancefloor-focused treatment and Brazilian-influenced atmosphere. The recording remained one of the better-known tracks from We Walk Around Like This and continued to appear in international DJ sets and radio programming. The composition also generated an official Dusty & Bartellow remix on the same release.
