Flashlight

Simon Green produced Flashlight in 2014 while touring The North Borders. He made its parent EP entirely on the road, working on headphones. Flashlight led a three-track Ninja Tune EP following nearly two years of touring. Zane Lowe selected it as BBC Radio 1's Hottest Record. The track documents Bonobo's development of portable production methods before Migration, connecting his extensive touring with his subsequent laptop-based album-making.
