Le funk fatale

Nils Ohrmann recorded Le Funk Fatale for the 2009 Chaiselon EP, released on the German label Hula Hoop. The track was later reissued by Arms & Legs in a 2016 remix package credited with Karas Day, including versions by Daniel Steinberg, Jan Driver, Matthew K, Prompt and Rimini Sunset. The track became Ohrmann's first wider club success in 2009 and helped establish him beyond the Berlin club circuit. Its appearance on Hula Hoop and later Embassy One placed it within the late-2000s German house and minimal-house market. Le Funk Fatale remained one of Ohrmann's signature records and was revived through the Arms & Legs remix package in 2016. Its later remixes linked the track to the label Ohrmann co-founded with Daniel Steinberg.
