Look at Me Now

Chris Brown · 2008
Recording

Recorded in 2010 at The Record Plant in Los Angeles for Brown’s album F.A.M.E. The track was written and produced by Chris Brown, Diplo, Afrojack, and Free School, with featured verses from Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes. Released as the second single from F.A.M.E. in 2011, it became one of the album’s defining tracks and Brown’s biggest Hot 100 hit since “Forever.” Critics singled it out for its high-energy production and the guest verses. The song became a signature Chris Brown record and a calling card for Busta Rhymes’ rapid-fire guest verse. It later remained one of Brown’s most recognizable crossover hits and became a major streaming-era catalog track.
