Hurricane

Issued as part of Sound Of Stereo’s Hurricane EP on Lektroluv Records/N.E.W.S. in March 2011. The duo was Jochen Sablon and Vincent De Boeck. The track anchored the duo’s return to their home label after earlier Lektroluv releases and kept their name active in the European electronic-dance press in 2011. It helped sustain the momentum that carried the Hurricane EP into the follow-up Mineral release later that year. Hurricane remains one of the signature tracks from Sound Of Stereo’s Lektroluv period and is still associated with the duo’s early-2010s club sound. It continues to appear in discographies and release retrospectives for the group’s catalogue.
