La Pergunta · —
Recording

Recorded by the short-lived studio project La Pregunta during the late 1970s disco era. The recording combined orchestral strings, female vocals, synthesizers and dance-floor arrangements typical of New York-influenced disco productions. Released in 1978, the track became the group's best-known recording and developed a strong following among disco DJs. Its lush arrangement and driving groove made it a popular club record during the closing years of the disco boom. The track became a sought-after collector's item within disco, rare-groove and re-edit circles. Continued reissues, remasters and DJ support have preserved its reputation among modern disco audiences.
