Bink produced and engineered the remix, with Michael Patterson credited for mixing. Released by Universal in 2002, the remix extended the commercial life of Mr. Cheeks' debut solo hit after the original single reached the Billboard Hot 100. Its guest lineup connected the Lost Boyz veteran to a broader early-2000s club-rap audience. The remix remains the best-known alternate version of Mr. Cheeks' signature solo record.
