Deep Sensation

Recorded and mixed for Deep Sensation Productions by Colin Gate and Paul Hunter. It was issued as the B-side track on a Guidance Recordings 12-inch EP in 2000, and it samples Sylvester’s "Don’t Stop." This was a club-oriented Guidance release from the Glasgow duo’s catalog, aimed at deep-house and disco-reedit audiences rather than the pop market. DJ Spinna later included it on Raiding the Crates, which brought the track into a broader curated mix context. The track remained in circulation through DJ mixes and digital reissues, keeping it familiar to deep-house collectors and DJs. It is now remembered as part of the Guidance Records era and as one of the records DJ Spinna raided for his mix aesthetic.
